What You'll be doing

  • Overseeing the full lifecycle of property management operations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in all rental procedures
  • Mentoring and managing support staff to maintain service excellence
  • Coordinating maintenance, inspections, leasing, and tenancy agreements
  • Managing rental income, arrears, and reporting for property owners
